Upon arrival, we ensure that all of the mobile devices are accounted for with our custom-built software. Each product is tagged, tracked, and prepared for data processing.

DATA SANITIZATION & STERILIZATION
With extensive training and thorough testing, our technicians make sure that each device performs at its peak potential. During this process, all previous data is sanitized from the device. Products are restored to their original factory settings. A thorough sanitization process deeply cleans each device to ensure it functions at peak performance.

GRADING
Highly trained experts meticulously inspect each product. Our premium grading standards are consistent across all platforms.

READY FOR SHIPMENT
Devices are packaged in individual boxes and stored in our secure warehouse. When you place your order, our team mobilizes to get your shipment out within 24 hours.

CONSISTENT INVENTORY
Our inventory is sourced directly from consumer trade-ins with carriers and manufacturers on a consistent basis to ensure supply will meet demands.
CLEAN
Before grading, our devices receive data sanitization. Any preexisting data is removed and all storage media cleansed to provide an open space for the new user.
DIAGNOSTICALLY TESTED AND GRADED
All devices go through a diagnostic software test to ensure functionality followed by a full cleaning service to make sure everything is accurately tested and properly graded.
READY TO SHIP
All of our inventory is on hand ready to ship. With inventory coming in weekly, all orders go out within 24 hours. You can count on us in receiving your supply in a timely manner.
